"Amazing service!!! My A/C broke in the heat of summer last year (their busy time), and they offered to come out the SAME DAY! Jeff was kind and courteous, professional, clean, and considerate. He was willing to work around my overly affectionate dogs, and got both of my units working on the spot after three other companies said they were irreparable and tried to sell me new ones. On top of that, he followed up the following day with a text to ask how the units were performing and offered to come back out for a follow up a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was still working well. As if all of that weren't enough of a fairy tale, their pricing is great, too. Epic service, speedy results, and a bargain. This family owned company is a gem! Literally can't say enough great things about my experience!
*Update* A year later my “irreparable “ units are still going strong thanks to Jeff and Bobbi! They came out for a tune up, topped up the refrigerant, flushed the drain lines, etc. and are helping this single momma get and long as possible out of the older units here- and I’m so thankful to be COOL this summer! When I do finally have to replace them someday, I know they’ll be there to advise me honestly and me choose wisely, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the install."
